A clearly structured agreement for all participants outlining:
- Acceptance of Terms – Use of the site and participation means agreeing to the terms.
- Eligibility – Participants must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
- Registration & Participation – Free registration encouraged with optional donations (€5 = 1 tree).
- Health & Safety – Participants are responsible for their fitness to join; PlanetHike is not liable for injuries.
- Modifications & Cancellations – PlanetHike can adjust or cancel the event with notice.
- Conduct – Respectful behavior and environmental responsibility required.
- Media Use – By joining, you consent to being photographed and footage used for promotions.
- Intellectual Property – All content belongs to Regreenity/PlanetHike unless otherwise stated.
- Privacy – Data managed per our privacy policy.
- Liability – Limited liability; participants indemnify PlanetHike from legal claims.
- Premium Memberships – If offered, fees are non-refundable.
- Updates – Terms may change; continued participation equals acceptance.

Safety Guidelines
Pre-Walk:
- Read route/safety updates in advance
- Stay informed via official channels
- Carry ID and basic first aid kit
During Walk:
- Wear appropriate gear (white T-shirt, sneakers)
- Walk in groups when possible
- Stay hydrated & rest at intervals
- Follow instructions of volunteers/city ambassadors
- Avoid traffic dangers
Environmental Responsibility:
- Bring reusable bottles/bags
- Leave no trace
- Respect wildlife
Security & Conduct:
- No harassment/discrimination tolerated
- Secure belongings, report suspicious activity
- Family-friendly atmosphere
After the Walk:
- Group check-ins if attending in teams
- Feedback encouraged to improve future events
